Schwab Intelligent Portfolios Mobile Website Limitations
The Schwab Intelligent Portfolios® Mobile websites will work across the networks of a number of wireless service providers. However, Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., and its affiliates (collectively, "Schwab") do not operate these wireless networks or have control over the operation of any wireless service provider. Schwab disclaims any responsibility for any wireless service used to access Schwab websites. For more information about specific limitations associated with wireless service, continue reading below.
Availability
Wireless service depends on many factors outside of Schwab's control, including the strength of wireless coverage and the networks of your wireless service provider. Wireless access may also be limited or unavailable during periods of peak demand, market volatility, systems upgrades, or maintenance, or for other reasons.
Speed
The speed of wireless transmissions depends upon the wireless service you are using and the strength of wireless coverage in your area. Wireless transmissions are likely to be slower than service over a wired network.
Dropped Connections
It is possible that a wireless connection can be interrupted when you are attempting to conduct a financial transaction. Should this happen, review your transaction status to verify the status of your attempted transaction when you return to an area with wireless coverage or have access to a computer. Or contact your Schwab representative at the number provided in the "Contact Us" section of the Mobile website.
Delays
If wireless service is unavailable or delayed at any time, please use alternative means to conduct your financial transaction—such as calling a Schwab representative. Schwab will not be liable to you if you are unable to access your account information or request a transaction through the Mobile website.
Privacy/Security
Use of the Mobile website involves the electronic transmission of personal financial information across the networks of your wireless service provider. Because Schwab does not operate or control the wireless networks used to access the Mobile website, we cannot guarantee the privacy or security of wireless data transmissions. Use only reputable service providers and check with your wireless service provider for information about its privacy and security practices. Device Storage ("Cookies")

Due to the nature of wireless services and the necessary design of mobile devices, the content and scope of wireless services are more limited than other channels of communication, such as wired networks and telephone. If you need more information, please call a Schwab representative.
Fees
Schwab does not currently charge any additional fees for using the Mobile website. However, use of the Mobile website may involve additional airtime and connection fees charged by your wireless service provider.
International
The Mobile website is designed for U.S. residents, and all services and products are subject to country-specific restrictions. Nothing here is an offer or solicitation of securities, products, or services in any jurisdiction where their offer or sale is not qualified or exempt from regulation.
Limitation of Liability
The Mobile website is accessible by using a variety of wireless devices and service plans. However, Schwab does not manufacture or supply wireless devices or operate wireless plans. Schwab disclaims any responsibility for any equipment, software, or wireless service used to access the Mobile website and in no way warrant the capabilities of any equipment, software, or wireless service used in conjunction with the Mobile website. Schwab also assumes no responsibility, and will not be liable for, any damages to or viruses that may infect your wireless equipment through your use of the Mobile website.
Third Parties
Your wireless carrier, the manufacturer and retailer of the mobile device on which you access the Mobile website, and the developer of the operating system for your mobile device (collectively, the "Third Parties") are not parties to your agreements with Schwab, and does not own and is not responsible for the Mobile website. The Third Parties are not providing any warranty for the Mobile website. They are not responsible for maintenance or other support services for it and shall not be responsible for any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses with respect to the Mobile website.
Location-Enabled Functionality
Certain location-enabled functionality that may be made available in the Mobile website is provided by third parties and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
